Paul Cartellone
Ratings and Directory Guru
Paul "Poppa", "Gator", Anthony Cartellone started his radio career in high school. He grew up in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame City of Cleveland Ohio listening to WIXY 1260 and later The Buzzard-WMMS. After completing four years at Ohio University, working at the All Campus Radio Network (as Poppa Wolf) and later WXTQ he ventured into commercial at WIBZ in Pakersburg, WVA. After a few years, he moved back to Cleveland and worked at News Talk WERE, Cleveland where he produced the Morton Downey Jr Show. Paul made Mort good enough to land a job at WMAQ (and you made have seen the Morton Downey Jr Show On TV). Paul wanted to program radio stations and so he set out on a journey that would take him to thriving metropolises such as East Liverpool, OH, Sandusky, OH and his first PD gig in Beckley, West Virginia.
Tired of the weather of the Midwest he was promised a job in Orlando, FL. His first break in a major market and a warmer climate. Unfortunately, that job never materialized. From Orlando he moved to Ft Myers for a few years even Daytona beach and back to Orlando where he worked at WHTQ. And then one night while dialing around the FM dial, he heard a friend of his whom he worked with while at WGCL, Bumper Morgan announce "We're just a small band of renegades terrorizing Tampa Bay, Power 93-The Power Pig. " He called Bumper who told him about the station and he said to call Marc Chase. And the rest as they say is history. "Working at the Power Pig is one of the most memorable rides I've ever had in radio."
Next an opportunity to move to California presented itself and Paul was on his way to see "Swimming Pools, Movie Stars". He was offered a position as Editor of Album Networks' Yellow Pages Of Rock. The Yellow Pages Of Rock was a printed predecessor of what is now the All Access Industry Directory. The Directory Guru is not only responsible for updating the Directory but also maintains the Arbitron section. Paul's spare time is spent riding his Harley Davidson not only through the canyons and valleys from Burbank to Malibu but wherever his motorcycle takes him.

Jeff Lynn
Country Editor, Promotion
Jeff Lynn joined All Access in 2022 after spending his adult life in the radio industry. He attended the University of Iowa and was a part of the football program under Hall Of Fame Coach Hayden Fry. Growing up in the Midwest, he was influenced by WLS and other great top 40 radio stations out of Chicago. However, his first radio Program Director job was in the Country format, and he was hooked.
Jeff was also a pioneer in developing the '80s Rock format when he created the original Brew, Rock of the ‘80s brand in Milwaukee for Clear Channel. Radio stops along the way, in addition to Milwaukee included, Des Moines, Madison, Omaha and, most recently, Cleveland.
He is an animal lover and has a cat named Doodle, and is a huge Green Bay Packer fan, and loves going to live music events. He enjoys cooking, but readily admits there are nearly as many misses and hits with his efforts. He's also an avid reader who typically reads two books a week, while admitting to spending too much time on social media. He is a political news junkie, but has learned, the hard way, to keep those opinions to himself.
A little-known fact is that Jeff appeared on an episode of "America's Most Wanted," but he is quick to point out it was as an actor, and not because he was wanted. Country music and the promise of no more Cleveland winters makes Nashville the perfect home.

Her 20+ years in broadcasting has taken her from the east coast to the west, where she learned to hit the post and cultivate a strong love/hate relationship with the word "schwag". Jennifer resides in San Diego, CA with her daughter (who was named after a character from Star Trek, it's true!) and her Mini Australian Shepherd, Luna.

Jeff McKay
East Coast Net News Publisher/Writer
Jeff McKay has one of the most recognizable names on the radio in the New York - New Jersey metropolitan area, and his unparalleled knowledge of area roads is why he is one of the best traffic reporters in the business. A three-decade veteran of New York radio, including over 20 with all-news WINS-AM (1010 WINS), McKay spent three years as the airborne reporter for WINS "JetCopter 1010," flying over New York reporting live on traffic and breaking news before becoming a studio traffic reporter.
“It is Jeff McKay's unmatched empathy and unabashed style” setting him apart from other traffic reporters. His combination “Tell it like it is,” and “Here's What's Really Going On” approach to traffic reports is what WINS listeners have come to expect “Every 10 minutes on the 1's,” earning him feature write-ups in publications including the New York Daily News, New York Post & Billboard Magazine. The New York Post wrote of McKay's style, saying "His distinctive pipes - a curious mix of Saturday Night Live's Don Pardo and the shriek of a town crier" captivates listeners and keeps them turned in and informed.
McKay became the news on Easter Sunday, 2011 when the NY Port Authority had only one toll attendant at the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, causing a 3 to 5 hour holiday nightmare. His continued on-air attack on Port Authority practices in his traffic reports brought out politicians in two states demanding public hearings into their actions, and forced the government agency to adopt new traffic procedures.
Along with his work in radio, the highly versatile McKay spent six years (1997 - 2003) as the daily traffic columnist and transportation reporter for the New York Post, forecasting traffic for the day ahead – becoming the only crossover radio and newspaper traffic reporter in any Top-10 market! He has been involved in freelance writing since 2000 for a number of online publications. McKay was spent 10 years as a freelance business reporter for the Wall Street Journal Radio Network, broadcasting on some of the top news radio stations across the nation, including Detroit’s WWJ-AM & KABC in Los Angeles as well as their national network.
After nearly 30 years in traffic, McKay moved to Washington, DC to work on the news desk of Westwood One News as a writer and editor before becoming Executive Editor of Afternoon News. McKay is currently the Executive Producer of the long-running "America in the Morning" news magazine program airing weekdays on 400 radio affiliates.
Along with his on-air work, McKay has also managed radio stations in Washington, DC & New York City, along with managerial work at Shadow Traffic where he led a staff of 90 reporters and producers and also trained on-air traffic reporters in New York, Chicago & Philadelphia.
McKay currently resides "Inside the Beltway" in the Washington, DC area with his longtime bride.

Michael Morrison
Senior Designer
Senior designer Michael Morrison originally began his career in Los Angeles as a freelance illustrator, creating editorial art for The MTV Music Awards, BMG Records, Hits Magazine, The LA Weekly and more than a few zines; from there, he then began designing web content and animated graphics for ad agencies, post houses and broadcast networks. This initial introduction to multimedia design led to his his return to art school to earn a Master's degree in motion graphics and animation, as well as the study of traditional graphic design.
A devotion to a wide range of music, beginning long ago with vinyl records, led to chasing artists across multiple music formats only to return to vinyl yet again. Mike Paulsen
Senior Developer
Mike Paulsen joined the All Access Web team in 2011 as Senior Web Developer. He considers himself something of a swiss army knife when it comes to coding, databases, and web design -- having worked in many platforms and technologies over the years.
Raised just outside the Mile High City of Denver, Mike was weaned on AOR and Modern Rock radio in the '70s and '80s. After spending one year at USC studying architecture, he decided that all nighters drafting by hand wasn't for him and transferred to the more laid back University of New Mexico in Albuquerque where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 1991.
Mike is an avid music listener with eclectic tastes and takes great pleasure in demonstrating to friends and family over 30 who have given up on new music the error of their ways. For him, music today is as vibrant as it's ever been, even if he has a nostalgic soft spot for his '80s alternative and new wave! You will find him plugged in -- tuned in to his iPod -- computer turned on at any given moment. He enjoys keeping up with the latest internet trends, especially when it comes to social networking and cloud computing and is, not surprisingly, a huge proponent of open source technology.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys watching movies at home, visiting art museums, reading up on science and technology, forever honing his satirical wit, and touring the wineries of California's central coast. Mike currently lives in Southern California with his wife and their two Boston terriers.

He's served as an on-air talent, consultant, comedy writer for TV, cartoonist, lawyer, and other stuff he doesn't remember all that well. He also writes material that appears at pmsimon.com, which is separate from and not related to All Access, so don't blame Joel.
Simon, who has appeared as a guest on radio shows across the country, is an expert on entirely useless information, provides (unpaid) 24-hour computer and technical advice and assistance to most of the people he knows, and is an ardent fan of the Philadelphia sports teams, all of which have been responsible for various bitter disappointments in his life. He is a graduate of Haverford College and Villanova Law School.
Simon, a New Jersey native and former Philadelphia-area and New York-area resident, now lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife and hero Fran and Ella the World's Most Famous Cat. The family is active in fundraising for breast cancer research.
